This assignment was rather easy for me because my previous school district, Central Dauphin School District, has all of their school board meeting minutes right on their website. I just had to click and print.
After I got the minutes so easily, I tried to get the annual financial report for Central Dauphin School District. My mom is an employee of the Pennsylvania School Board Association and she was able to contact someone in her office who had the report. He printed it for me and had no hesitation. He said the financial report was public information so there was no problem giving it to me.
I was surprised how easily I got both documents.
